The Roscoe Dandies are honored to be in the Independent Music Awards 2020 judged finals for Bluegrass Song of the year. 

The winning projects will be selected by influential judging panels including:

The Roscoe Dandies made the finals!

The Roscoe Dandies made it to the finals in the 2020 Independent Music Awards! They also won the most fans nomination all in the Bluegrass Song category. The winners in all categories will be announced June 27, 2020 from New York City. OLDER NEWS  

The Roscoe Dandies are nominated for a song award by the Independent Music Awards (IMA). The nominated song is “Devil’s Hollow”.   

 Our song “Devil’s Hollow” uses traditional Appalachian musical instruments including; hammered dulcimer, a 100-year-old Dancing Dan, fiddle, mandolin, upright bass and 12-string guitar. We also included some Appalachian wording to spice up the lyrics.

 The Roscoe Dandies are an award winning American band from the Nashville, TN area that plays Americana / Bluegrass music. The band consists of Wm. Lauren Bandy on upright bass, Charles Lueker on fiddle. The Roscoe Dandies are gaining international notice and regularly perform in the Nashville, TN area.
